Club CDL's Junior Rec programs are a great way to teach your kids how to play tennis in a non-competitive setting, offering a thriving and friendly environment for them to learn.
We are committed to developing players of all levels - from youngsters who have never picked up a racket to more experienced young players who want to fine tune their game.
They will learn how to play, how to improve and how to compete in a comfortable social setting.
Tennis is a safe sport that is a great alternative to team sports such as hockey and football. It is a sport for LIFE.
Our recreational programs start as early as 4-years old, with three levels:
1 - Mini-tennis (Age 4-6): Discovering Tennis
-
Learn basic technical fundamentals of tennis
-
Learn basic tactical skills
2 - Beginner to Intermediate Progression (Age 7-16)
-
Consolidate basic technique and tactics
-
Identify and change ball trajectory
-
Develop ability to rally and play points, relative to one’s skill level
3 - Advanced Training (Age 7-16)
-
Expand knowledge toward more advanced technique and tactics
-
Develop a style of play
-
Learn to compete
